After getting two bids to gut our old kitchen down to the studs and create our dream kitchen, my wife and I realized we needed to settle for 75% of that dream kitchen or create some 'sweat equity.' Our experience level with 'house stuff' was 'we watch a lot of HGTV.'  Needless to say, we didn't trust ourselves. My son sent us the link to HPG.  Our Advisor gave us the confidence each time we spoke to do the next few steps.  Knowing we always had a life-line if we needed it made all the difference for us.  We are thrilled we didn't have to give up on our dream kitchen thanks to HPG!
